The hedge follows the curves of this Piers Gough terrace design. It also responds to the City Hall in the landscape beyond, while providing a backdrop to the circular water feature. The sandstone floor is suspended prooviding a flat garden terrace, while the lighting design, irrigation and water feature are operated via a remote control.
